About Trench Academy
Our Mission
Trench Academy emerged from a shared vision between Mike Clare and Spencer Knibbe, former Harvard Football offensive linemen whose brotherhood was forged in the trenches. As offensive line athletes, the two always thought that there were limited opportunities for big men to hone their craft and improve in the offseason. The skill guys get all the work - 7v7 passing leagues, individual training sessions, etc - it is about time for there to be an option for the big men.
They believed that building elite offensive linemen requires the same level of specialized, year-round training that other positions receive. More importantly, they understood that proper O-line development demands coaches who have lived it.
This vision drove them to create Trench Academy - a comprehensive training program built specifically for offensive linemen, by offensive linemen.
Today, we offer elite individual training, group development programs, and innovative competitive events like our Big Man Competition. Our mission is simple: give offensive linemen the specialized training platform they deserve, guided by coaches who understand the position's unique demands.
